Htet Oo Training and Testing Centre was established in Myanmar in 2004, by Mr. U Min Hlaing with specialization in the training and recruitment of Myanmar workers. In the Training and Testing Centre, we constantly seek to train our candidates to achieve the highest standard of workforce in this ever-changing industry. With the industry standard in mind, the Overseas Testing Centre is working closely with the Building & Construction Authority (BCA) of Singapore to ensure that our candidates are up to standards. All our workers are BCA certified and qualified to be low-levied for the foreign workers levy.

Over the years, we have become the leading training centre in Myanmar with the highest number of candidates graduating from our centre. In order to create a one-stop, fuss-free employment solution for our client’s needs, Htet Oo International Pte Ltd, an employment agency licensed by the Ministry of Manpower was established in 2006. With a Training and Testing Centre located in Myanmar under our belt, this gives us direct control and access to our workers thus providing our clients with the most suitable worker for their company.
