Responsibilities:
* Provide process optimization and improvement to the manufacturing operations.
* Process support and development with Design of Experiment (DOE), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
* Process documentation and related work
Requirements:
* Degree in Material Science, Chemistry or Physics
* Min. 1 year of experience in process engineering in a manufacturing environment
* New graduates may also apply
* Strong analytical and project management skills
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Good knowledge of thin film deposition physics & design
* Knowledge of DOE, FMEA, SPC, TQM
