teve Lovato is the founder and managing director of Singapore-based Incentive Dynamics (S) Pte Ltd, a travel and hospitality management consulting services company established in 1998, with additional offices in Bangkok, Thailand. He has extensive international business management experience with a concentration in the travel industry in the United States and the Asia Pacific region.

In 2007 Lovato established an executive search and placement enterprise called
Travel Executive FastTrack (www.TravelFastTrack.com). Registered and
licensed in Singapore, the executive search business focuses on the travel and
hospitality industries, with a specialty in identifying, screening and placing senior and middle management executives and operating staff in legacy enterprises, as well as in the highly competitive online travel and online media sectors.
