Contract 5 months Accounts Assistant (central - near MRT - 5 days work week)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities :
  • Assist the Finance Manager in day to day Accounting activities
  • Handle invoices and payment for AP and AR
  • Assist in month end closing and data entries
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors
  • Ensure compliance with Corporate and Accounting standards
  • Any other ad-hoc projects as and when required

Requirements
  • MIN NITEC / Diploma in Finance or Accountancy or equivalent
  • MIN 1 to 2 years of relevant accounting working experience with knowledge of MYOB
  • Able to communicate well
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Excel
  • Able to work in a team as well as independently
  • Able to start work immediately or in a short notice
  • Must be able to commit for full 5 months
 
Salary : S$2,000
 
Working days / hours : Mon – Fri / 10am – 7pm
