Contract 6 months Accounts Assistant (Alternate Sat - convert to Perm)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities :
Requirements
- Assist the Manager in day to day Accounting activities
- Handle invoices and payments for AP and AR
- Assist in month end closing and data entries
- Assist in year end financial closing – P&L
- Liaise with internal and external auditors
- Ensure compliance with Corporate and Accounting standards
- Administrative duties
- Answering phone calls and attending to walk in customers
- Any other ad-hoc projects as and when required
Requirements
- MIN NITEC / Diploma in Finance or Accounting or equivalent
- MIN 1 to 2 years of relevant accounting working experience
- Able to communicate well
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Excel
- Able to work in a team as well as independently
- 6 months contract (subject to extension / convert to perm)
- Able to start work immediately or in a short notice
- Must be able to commit for full 6 months
Salary : S$2,000 – S$2,500 depending on qualification and experience
Working days / hours :
- Mon – Fri : 9am – 5pm
- Alternate Sat : 9am – 1pm
- Mon – Fri : 9am – 5pm
- Alternate Sat : 9am – 1pm
