Contract 6 months Accounts Assistant (Alternate Sat - convert to Perm)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities :
  • Assist the Manager in day to day Accounting activities
  • Handle invoices and payments for AP and AR
  • Assist in month end closing and data entries
  • Assist in year end financial closing – P&L
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors
  • Ensure compliance with Corporate and Accounting standards
  • Administrative duties
  • Answering phone calls and attending to walk in customers
  • Any other ad-hoc projects as and when required

Requirements
  • MIN NITEC / Diploma in Finance or Accounting or equivalent
  • MIN 1 to 2 years of relevant accounting working experience
  • Able to communicate well
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Excel
  • Able to work in a team as well as independently
  • 6 months contract (subject to extension / convert to perm)
  • Able to start work immediately or in a short notice
  • Must be able to commit for full 6 months
 
 
Salary : S$2,000 – S$2,500 depending on qualification and experience
 
Working days / hours :
- Mon – Fri  : 9am – 5pm
- Alternate Sat : 9am – 1pm
