JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

To handle daily sales operations, staff performance, discipline and management
To analyse market trends and Implement marketing strategies to achieve sales objectives
To maintain staff professional standards, technical knowledge, education, workshops
To train and supervise sales staff, achieve sales quotas, sales projections, generate sales reports

Requirements:

Able to start work immediately or short notice
Minimun 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in the banking or financial sales industry
Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services, Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.
