Admin Assistant (5 day work week - near Tai Seng MRT)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities :
  • Look after the reception area: answer all incoming calls and attending to guests, courier services
  • Arrange for outgoing couriers and mails – documents and parcels.
  • Book air-tickets and hotels for senior staff.
  • Personal Assistant to Directors
  • Arrange to purchase office stationery and pantry items
  • Monitor staff attendance and annual leave
  • Data entry and filing
  • Other administrative duties

Requirements :
  • MIN O-Level with a passing grade in English and Math or equivalent
  • 3 years similar working experience
  • Able to communicate in English (verbal and written)
  • Fast learner
  • Able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - email, Excel, Words, PowerPoint
  • Experience in using mail franking machine and telephone system (key phones)
  • Able to start work immediately or in a short notice.
 
Salary : S$2,000 – S$2,500 depending on experience and qualifications
 
Working days / hours : Mon – Fri / 8.30am – 6pm
