Customer Service Executive (MNC)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Chemistry, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, BioTechnology or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of relevant working experience in customer service. 
  • Good knowledge of SAP system (Logistics) & Microsoft Excel
  • Self-motivated, fast worker & good team player.
  • Meticulous in figures
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal and computer skill
  • 5 day week, central.
 
Job Scope:
 
• Receiving orders from customers and planning for purchases
• Monitoring and manage inventory level
• Monitor customer outstanding order quantity and accounts receivables
• Prepare reports for internal and external parties
• Attending to customer & supplier enquiries
• Building long-term relationships with existing and potential business partners including 3rd party service providers.
