Senior Executive (Organisation Development & Corporate Communication)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
BROAD FUNCTIONS:        
Oversees and manages all corporate communication functions of the organisation.  The Corporate Communication Unit facilitates collaborations with external partners from the community and industry to bring in relevant programmes and expertise for enhancing teaching and learning processes of the organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Plan and oversee corporate comm activities and tasks for on-boarding of potential partners and relationship management of existing partners ie. through website, collaterals, press, presentations, organisation office tours, meetings, appreciation events and partner awards
  • Plan and manage the Corporate Comm budget
  • Prepare and/or monitor proposals and status reports submission on funding and other collaboration to be provided to organisation partners
  • Manage internal communication (including guidelines and policies) to facilitate organisation collaboration with external partners
  • Oversee the execution of relevant processes in the organisation to facilitate relationship management (eg. reporting and other updates to partners, recognition and acknowledgement)
  • Oversee corporate comm functions for events eg. learning journeys to the organisation, organisation graduation, fund-raising events, press interviews
  • Manage the volunteer framework for organisation volunteer programmes
  • Oversee requirements of database and records of external partners and volunteers to aid partnership management
  • Oversee matters pertaining to organisation branding and identity
  • Oversee the publicity and promotion of the Organisation Restaurant for Training
  • Participate in relevant committees for improvement of partnership management and other organisations processes
  • Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective function of the work unit.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree from a recognised university and related field
  • Possess  three (3) years relevant experience
  • Possess administrative and management skills
  • Able to work with a wide range of people (staff, parents, students, other external parties, board members and other stakeholders)
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Able to work beyond organisation hours and on weekends when there are events
  • Able to work in a team as well as independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Words / Excel / Powerpoint
  • Proficient in written / oral communication
  • Able to start work in a short notice

Salary Range : S$2,800 – S$5,000 – depending on qualifications and experience
 
Office location : near Cashew MRT

Working days / hours :
Mon – Thurs : 8.30am – 6pm 
Fri : 8.30 am – 5.30pm
