Building Maintenance Technicians / Senior Technicians
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide building maintenance support and service in high rise commercial complex and hands-on attendance to repairs/complaints on mechanical and electrical, plumbing and sanitary services etc.
Requirements:
- Certificate/NTC3/NITEC in Electrical/Air-conditioning/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Preferably with 2 to 5 years of experience in operating and maintaining electrical and air-condition installation/equipment in a high rise commercial complex in Singapore.
- Hands-on work for plumbing, sanitary & other general repairs
- 6 available positions for Technicians & Senior Technicians
Others:
- Work locations: Near MRT Stations (Cityhall, Novena and Paya Lebar)
- 2 Rotating Shifts (Morning & Afternoon)
- Basic Salary + Allowance & OT
