Responsibilities:

 

• Responsible for a wide spectrum of retail operations, customer service, product knowledge sharing and sales activities.

 

• Provide warm reception and quality customer service to all guests.

 

• Attending to all calls and email enquiries about products.

 

• Share in-depth knowledge about the brand and various timepieces.

 

• Understanding customer’s preferences and making suitable timepiece recommendations to them.

 

• Sales activities.

 

• Handling of any customer complaints issues.

 

• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management.

 

 

Requirements:

 

• Open to candidates with different working experiences or minimal working experience as extensive training will be provided.

 

• Candidates must have a passion in watches.

 

• Comfortable to work on retail operations.

 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 

• Self motivated, independent yet a good team player.

 

• Committed and highly dedicated to roles and responsibilities.

 

• Comfortable to work on retail operations.

 

 

 

Miscellaneous Information:

 

• Retail Operations: Monday – Friday: 9.45am – 9.00pm

 

• Official Work Days / Hours: Must be prepared to work on rotating 5 days shift from 9.45am – 9.00pm.

 

• Location: Orchard Area.

 

• Remuneration Package: $1,800 - $2,200 (Dependent on Experience) + Commissions (estimated about $1,000 per month)

 

• Extensive On-The-Job training will be provided.

 

• After completing the 4 months probation, employees will be sent to head office in Germany for more product and skills

training.
