Admin Assistant (Near Jurong East MRT)(5.5 Days Work)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
• Assist in wide range of administrative, customer service and coordination roles.
• Attend to phone enquries about company’s products.
• Assisting existing clients to place request orders. (from email or call-ins).
• Preparing invoices.
• Filing of documents.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
• Open to candidates with different working experiences or minimal working experience as extensive training will be provided.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self motivated, independent yet a good team player.
• Committed and highly dedicated to roles and responsibilities.
• Comfortable to work on 5.5 Days Work Week for the long term.
• Willing and able to perform OT, when urgently required.
Miscellaneous Information:
• Working Days / Hours:
i) Monday – Friday: 9am – 6pm and
ii) Every Saturday: 9am – 1pm.
• Location: Near Boon Lay MRT or Jurong East MRT. (20 Minutes Bus Ride)
• Remuneration Package: $1,800 - $2,300 (Dependent on Experience)
• Extensive On-The-Job training will be provided.
