Accounts cum Admin Assistant (Near Pasir Panjang MRT)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities :
  • Prepare cheque payments / receipts /  credit / debit note
  • Invoicing
  • Data Entry
  • Handle AR / petty cash / payment voucher
  • Liaise with Customers, Suppliers, warehouse staff in relation to stocks, delivery, payment
  • Answer phone calls – enquiries, orders, etc
  • General filing and handling of documentation
  • General administrative duties
  • General correspondences
 
Requirements
  • MIN O / N / NITEC and above
  • Preferably 1 year experience in similar position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Words / Excel
  • Positive working attitude
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to start work immediately or in a short notice

Salary : S$1,600 – S$2,000 depending on experience and qualification
 
Working days / hours :
April to October : 5 days work week / 9am – 5.30pm
 
November to March : 5.5 days work week
Mon – Fri : 9am – 6pm
Sat : 9am – 1pm
