HR Assistant(Jurong) (Contract 6 months, renewable / permanent)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Executing transactions with minimal errors
- Providing excellent customer service
- Helping to build a positive and enthusiastic team environment
- Assisting in coordinating interview schedules
- Work permit application/ cancellation
- Maintaining schedules and coordinating departmental meetings and activities
- Maintaining department records
- Adhering to policies, procedures and best practices
- Demonstrating understanding and ability to use continuous improvement (CI) tools and techniques
Qualifications:
- Diploma in any discipline with at least 1 year of HR/ Admin support/ work permit application/ cancellation experience in manufacturing/ production environment preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other computer systems
- Applications MUST be willing to accept 6 months contract assignment. Renewable or convertion to permanent is possible for the suitable candidate
- Application MUST be willing to wok in Pioneer area
- Strong customer service skills
- Humble and willingness to learn attitude
