Accounts cum Admin Assistant
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities :
- Prepare cheque payments / receipts / credit / debit note
- Invoicing
- Data Entry
- Handle AR / petty cash / payment voucher
- Liaise with Customers, Suppliers, warehouse staff in relation to stocks, delivery, payment
- Answer phone calls – enquiries, orders, etc
- General filing and handling of documentation
- General administrative duties
Requirements :
- MIN O / N / NITEC and above
- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous
- Applicants with minimum working experience but willing to learn are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Words / Excel
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Good communication skills
- Able to start work immediately or in a short notice
