Accounts cum Admin Assistant

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities :
  • Prepare cheque payments / receipts /  credit / debit note
  • Invoicing
  • Data Entry
  • Handle AR / petty cash / payment voucher
  • Liaise with Customers, Suppliers, warehouse staff in relation to stocks, delivery, payment
  • Answer phone calls – enquiries, orders, etc
  • General filing and handling of documentation
  • General administrative duties
Requirements :
  • MIN O / N / NITEC and above
  • Experience in a similar role would be advantageous
  • Applicants with minimum working experience but willing to learn are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Words / Excel
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to start work immediately or in a short notice
