Sales Coordinator (Bunoa Vista Area) (5 Days Work)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
 
• Provide administrative support to the sales and service department;
 
• Handle both phone and online enquiries pertaining to sales and after-sales support;
 
• Processing and preparation of Sales Orders, Material Transfer, Return Inward, Credit and Debit Note, and etc.;
 
• Preparation of quotations on consumable products;
 
• Preparation of daily stock inventory report;
 
• Other ad hoc duties assigned.
 

Requirements:
 
• Prior experience in sales administrative support duties is preferred.
 
• Proficient in Microsoft office
 
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
 
• Independent and able to multi-task
 
• Able to work late during month end.
 
 
Miscellaneous Information:
 
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 9am – 6pm
 
• Location: Buona Vista MRT (less than 10 mins travel from bus)
 
• Remuneration Package: $2,000 - $2,500 (dependent on experience) + Good Employee Benefits
 
• On-The-Job training will be provided.
