Restaurant Manager (5 Working Days) (Town Area)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
 
• Responsible for the smooth running of the restaurant.
 
• Manage the outlet operation including sales, operating expenses and outlet profitability.
 
• Supervise and train the team members for performance improvement.
 
• Supervision of service crew including but not limited to ensuring exceptional service, rostering, mentoring and motivating.
 
• Attend all meetings and training programs, when required.
 
• Lead team members to achieve outlet goals.
 
• Provision of quality of customer service.
 
• Handling of any customer complaints or advice for improvements.
 
• Ensuring that store premise is well maintained.
 
• Ensuring compliance of operational standards.
 
• Monitoring of inventory and control of stocks.
 
• Basic administration.
 
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
 
 
 
Requirements:
 
• More than 3 years of relevant experience.
 
• Excellent leadership.
 
• Strong communication and customer relation skills.
 
• Responsible and dedicated.
 
 
 
 
Miscellaneous Information:
 
• Restaurant Official Operations: Monday – Sunday: 10.00am – 10.00pm
 
• Working Days / Hours: Officially work 44 Hours Per Week. Will be on rotation shifts whereby you will work 5 days in a
week (40 Hours) followed by 6 days in the next week (48 Hours) and continue rotation. This will include for weekends and
Public Holidays (a weekend off-in-lieu will be provided).
 
On Rotating Shift:

i) Shift 1: 9.00am – 6.00pm
ii) Shift 2: 2.00pm – 11.00pm
 
You will be rotated from Shift 1 to Shift 2 every 2 weeks, vice versa.
 
• Location: Town (Near City Hall MRT)
 
• Remuneration Package: $3,000 - $3,500 (Dependent on Experience)
 
• For Part-Timer:
 
i)  Long Term: Flexible Work Days / Hours assignments can be provided.
ii) Minimum: 3 Work Days and 15 Hours of service per week
iii) Salary: $8.00 - $12.00 Per Hour (Dependent on Experience)
 
• Extensive On-The-Job training will be provided.
