 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities :
  • Assist the Executive in general administrative functions, such as company wide events, etc
  • Updating and maintaining data
  • Answer phone calls
  • Other administrative duties
Requirements
  • MIN GCE  O Level
  • MIN 1 year working experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Words / Excel / Powerpoint
  • Able to work in a team as well as independently
  • Able to start work immediately
  • Able to commit to one month
Salary : S$8/- per hour
 
Working days / hours :
Mon – Fri : 8.30am – 6pm  / 9am – 6.30pm
Fri : 8.30 am – 5.30pm / 9am – 6pm
