Project Coordinator (Law / Legal)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
• Assess and prioritize job requests with consideration to time requirements and determine the most efficient workflow to meet client deadlines
• Ensure that all assigned projects are completed within the time frames and managed in an efficient and accurate manner
• Ensure a satisfactory client experience – including following clients’ instructions, meeting all deadlines and keeping client up to date on job status
• Management of the production staff including training and development
• Coaching and mentoring team member and colleagues for ongoing skill development
• Participate in the development of improvements in relation to relevant procedures, processes, and applications
• Ensure effective coordination and communication with relevant departments within the organization
• Assist the Operations Manager / Director in maintaining and creating client relations

Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma with a strong understanding of litigation support functions
• Previous experience in a litigation support bureau or law firm environment performing a similar role would be highly advantageous
• Ability to lead staff and conduct training
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work additional hours and weekends as and when required
• Attractive remuneration will commensurate with relevant experience
