Admin cum Accounts Assistant

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
 
Reporting to the Finance manager
Handles day-to-day admin matters
Filing and proper update of customer records
Issue invoices and DOs
Follow up with customers as and when required
Any other duties as assigned
 
 
Requirement:
Minimum 'O' level with at least 2 years of working experience in an Admin role
Proficient in Microsoft Words and Excel
Knowledge of MYOB would be advantageous
Able to work well with minimum supervision 
Salary will commensurate with relevant experience
