HR Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
• Work with the CEO and Management Team to ensure our people practises enable us to meet commercial and strategic business objectives
• Implement and manage best in industry people and performance practises, policies and processes
• Assist the Director when making strategic and tactical decisions
• Support the strategic success of organization through executing the People Strategy
• Work at an Executive Level with the Management Team; acting as trusted advisor, confidential soundboard, support and
coach for all manner of employment, performance, development and people related issues.
• Oversee all people and performance practises across the employee life cycle; including but not limited to: attraction,
recruitment and selection, on boarding and induction, performance
management, professional development, promotion and performance, leave management and separation and most
importantly the management and coordinating the WTM management training systems with all parts of the businesses
• Advise and consult the Director on Employee Relations issues, ranging from Employment Law, to strategic people,
organizational and business decisions
• Prepare forecasts and reports on People and Culture Metrics and Budgets
• Manages all people and performance issues in a prompt solution focused manner
• Oversee and support the business with workforce planning initiatives, succession planning, expansion, consolidation and
diversification
• Identify risk, themes and opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for
commercial and innovative solutions
• Propose and deliver continuous People and Culture improvements
• Oversee the day to day function, development and deliverables of the People & Culture Team
• Oversee all people and performance practices across the employee life cycle; including but not limited to: attraction,
recruitment and selection on boarding and induction, performance
management, professional development, promotion and performance, leave management and separation
• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with legislation and best practise
• Ensure the business complies with ethical standards, codes of conduct and compliance
• Provide guidance and advice in HR practices and Law
• Continue to develop a high performance culture that has engaged committed professional employees
• Provides leadership to all staff and specifically to the People and Culture Team
• Managing HR Team.
Requirements:
• Well versed in MOM government guidelines and regulations.
• Regional experience will be an advantage.
• Resourceful with effective planning, coordination and communication skills
• Cultivate effective team relationships and operational excellence
• Analytical and strategic to improve current HR practise
• Self-driven and resourceful.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and work well under pressure
Miscellaneous Information:
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm
• Location: Woodlands Area (10 mins bus ride from Woodlands MRT).
• Remuneration Package:
1) Basic Salary: $4,000 - $6,000 (Dependent On Experience)
