Snr Sales Executive / Asst Manager (MNC)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Chemistry, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Marketing, BioTechnology, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position in particular in personal care/food industries. Those with more than 5 years of working experience will be hired as Asst manager.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Chemistry, Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
- Experienced working in a diverse culture environment.
- Able to work independent under minimal supervision and a team player
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and IT skills.
- Working hours (Mondays - Fridays, 8.30am - 5pm)
Job Scope:
• Identifying new business strategies in personal care and food businesses to maximise sales targets and growth opportunities
• Conducting market segmentation, market intelligence and industry product benchmarking analysis and competition
• Attending industry functions such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
• Establishing strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through distribution channels to provide advice on technical matters.
• Identifying business and product gaps and recommend ways and measures to bridge the gaps
• Handling new item enquiries, costing, negotiation, order processing, inventory management and deliveries management
• Updating and renew various licences – Hazardous, Flammable & AVA with respective agencies
• Any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by immediate superior
