Administrative Assistant (Legal Department) (MNC) (Raffles Place)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
 
• Reporting to the Legal Department Manager, you will be responsible to handle a wide spectrum of administrative and coordination roles.
 
• Handle the corporate secretarial matters the Organization and its related companies (from the preparation and maintenance of the necessary company documents e.g. directors resolution to the coordination of notarization and legalization requests).
 
• Closely work with the company secretary to ensure the Organization is in compliance with the statutory requirements
under the Singapore Companies Act.
 
• Assist with the preparation of payments through the SAP system and the submission/circulation of internal applications
forms.
 
• Assist with the administrative requests and queries from both internal and external Dept. members.
 
• Assist with the organizing and scheduling of meetings.
 
• Develop and maintain an electronic and hardcopy filing system.
 
• Assist with any administrative matters that may arise from time to time.
 
 
 
Requirements:
 
• Minimum Diploma holders, preferably with at least 2 years of administrative support experience.
 
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
 
• Have a strong initiative and self motivation with good learning mindset
 
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently without supervision
 
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
 
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and Ms Outlook
 
• Experience in SAP will be advantageous
 
• Willing and able to assist in OT when required.
 
 
 
Miscellaneous Information:
 
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 9am – 6pm
 
• Location: Raffles Place MRT (less than 10 mins travel by walking)
 
• Remuneration Package: $2,200 - $2,700 (dependent on experience) + Good Employee Benefits
 
• On-The-Job training will be provided.
