Senior Technician (Building Maintenance)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide building maintenance support and service in high rise commercial complex and hands-on attendance to repairs/complaints on electrical services, plumbing and sanitary services etc.
Requirements:
- Certificate/NTC3/NITEC in Electrical/Air-conditioning/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Preferably with 3 to 5 years of experience in operating and maintaining electrical and air-condition installation/equipment, M&E knowledge (e.g AHU, chiller, sewage) in a high rise building or commercial complex.
- 4 positions available - Senior Technician/Technician
- Candidate must have working experience in Singapore
Others:
- Work location: Central or East, 5 mins walk to MRT Stations
- 2 Rotating Shifts - 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm
- 6 days work week
- Permanent position
- Basic Salary + Shift/Phone allowance + OT
