Senior Executive, Facilities Management (Healthcare), Job from sample agency, Singapore Employment Agency

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of defects, repairs & maintenance matters relating to ACMV and M&E.
Manage and maintain the facilities in the clinics by working closely with contractors and vendors in compliance with rules and regulations.
Ensure that all preventive and corrective maintenance and ad hoc works are carried out according to requirements and standards.
Carry out routine checks and performance reviews of contractors with the objective of continuous improvements.
Understand and consolidate user requirements for projects and ensure their completion within budget and on time.
Ensure that administration and documentation are in place to support all maintenance works and projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 4 - 5 years of working experience in M&E and ACMV in healthcare sector is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to stationed/ work in Buona Vista and travel islandwide (jobsites).
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
Full-Time position available.
