Senior Executive, Facilities Management (Healthcare)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of defects, repairs & maintenance matters relating to ACMV and M&E.
  • Manage and maintain the facilities in the clinics by working closely with contractors and vendors in compliance with rules and regulations.
  • Ensure that all preventive and corrective maintenance and ad hoc works are carried out according to requirements and standards.
  • Carry out routine checks and performance reviews of contractors with the objective of continuous improvements.
  • Understand and consolidate user requirements for projects and ensure their completion within budget and on time.
  • Ensure that administration and documentation are in place to support all maintenance works and projects.
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • At least 4 - 5 years of working experience in M&E and ACMV in healthcare sector is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to stationed/ work in Buona Vista and travel islandwide (jobsites).
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position available.
