Learning Center Assistant (Contract renewable)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with trainers to discuss A/V needs, classroom set-up, program handout format
  • Ensure learning center rooms, facilities and equipment are in optimal condition
  • Manage inventory and ordering office supplies
  • Prepare and consolidate attendance list and feedback form, process invoices, compiling and distribution of training materials
  • To be the point of contact for requests of booking facilities and assist to schedule room bookings.
  • Maintain a list of preferred vendors, secure caterers for events
  • To ensure logistics and labor support for all events, functions meet user requirements
  • Attend meetings and other meetings as assigned by the Regional Learning Center Manager.
  • To assist on other learning center related work and projects assigned by supervisor
 
Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Adobe Acrobat
  • Fluency in computer skills, including spreadsheets and word-processing
  • Demonstrated professional writing and speaking skills
  • Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner
  • Demonstrated organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Contract renewable every 6 months
