Responsibilities

Management of the clinic
Supervise a team of nurses in providing quality patient care
Performance management of staff under your supervision
Provide training & development to staff under your supervision
Coordinate and plan staffing needs
Administering dialysis treatment to the patients
Responsible in assessing and documenting patient's vital signs and psycho-physio-social needs before, during and after treatment
Ensure patient's safety while undergoing treatment
Responsible for collection of water sample and water quality tests. Monitor water quality and report abnormality to Technical Service and Nurse Manager timely.
Communicating procedure detail with patients
Referral to doctor related to patient care
Administer intravenous medications & take blood samples
Provide health teaching and education to patients

Requirment

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Dialysis, Management
Preferably Manager specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
Shift work, 5.5 Days
