Accounts Assistant (6 Months Contract) (Town)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
 
• Perform accounting entries
 
• Checking of documents
 
• Clearing & reconciliation of books
 
• Bank Reconciliation
 
• Including administrative works such as filing works.
 
• Other ad-hoc admin duties
 
 
 
Requirements:
 
• Good accounting knowledge.
 
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word
 
• Experience in SAP will be advantageous
 
 
• Pleasant, good interpersonal & communication skills; meticulous; analytical
 
• Have a strong initiative and self-motivated with good learning mindset
 
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently without supervision
 
• Willing and able to assist in OT when required.
 
• Must be able to complete the full 6 months contract assignment.
 
 
 
Miscellaneous Information:
 
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 9am – 6pm
 
• Location: Raffles Place MRT (less than 10 mins travel from bus)
 
• Remuneration Package: $2,000 - $2,500 (dependent on experience) + Good Employee Benefits
 
• On-The-Job training will be provided.
