Shipping Assistant (3 - 6 months Contract) - URGENT

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
  • To handle customers equiries, logistics and shipment 
  • To prepare shipping documents, LC, BL, invoice, packing list, etc  
  • To liaise with vendors, suppliers, clients on payment and collection 
  • To update transactions to accounting system
 
Requirements
  • Able to start work immediately and commit to 3 months.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain, Customer Service or equivalent..
