Patient Care Services - URGENT
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- To manage patients appointments, clinic or surgical appointments
- To assist patients with hospital admission, arrange bed bookings, dietary requirements
- To liaise with respective parties, follow up on bills, payments
- To arrange transportation to and fro patient home and hospital
Requirements
- Able to start work immediately or short notice
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Nursing or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably specializing in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant, Customer Service or equivalent.
- Full-Time position
