Secretary (Raffles Place - 5 day work week)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities
  • Provide full secretarial and administrative support to MD and VP
  • Handles general office administrative duties and matters e.g. cleaner, mails, maintenance of office equipment, IT computers, etc
  • General inventory on office logistics – stationeries / office equipment / pantry items
  • Coordinate and facilitate MD and VP calendar to arrangement of appointments, meetings and overseas trips
  • Handling expense claim
  • Handle incoming calls
  • Invoicing
  • Prepare reports and presentations
  • Manage projects as assigned
  • Projects will encompass diverse lines of business relations, community involvement, personal interests with inter-related activities and communication
  • Handle financial and simple accounting matters e.g. petty cash
  • Any other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • MIN Diploma / NITEC / Degree
  • Good organisational skills, independent and self motivation
  • Able to prioritise work and meetings
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications – Word / Excel / Powerpoint
  • Meticulous and detailed with a pleasant disposition
  • Able to multi-task and perform with minimal supervision
  • Excellent both in Chinese and English in order to liaise with Chinese and English speaking associates / Clients / Vendors / Suppliers
  • Able to start work immediately or in a short notice
 
 
Salary : S$2,500 – S$3,200 depending on experience and qualification
