Responsibilities:

 

• Handling a wide spectrum of F&B operations.

 

• Provision of quality of customer service.

 

• Managing the queues and to guide customers to their seating.

 

• Write down all orders, and repeat back all orders.

 

• Serving of food and beverage.

 

• Preparing of table and cutleries.

 

• Clearing of plates and cutleries.

 

• Collection of cash / credit payment.

 

 

• Will be groomed to Supervisory role for the future. Will be taught to handle rostering, Part-Timers management, payroll, F&B operations, etc.

 

• Will be supporting the Managers on ad-hoc roles.

 

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

• Open to candidates with different working experiences or minimal working experience as extensive training will be provided.

 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 

• Self motivated, independent yet a good team player.

 

• Committed and highly dedicated to roles and responsibilities.

 

 

 

Miscellaneous Information:

 

• Working Days / Hours: Restaurant is closed on Sunday. It is an official off day for all employees.

 

a) Monday – Friday:

 

i) Shift 1: 11.00am – 2.00pm and followed by
ii) Shift 2: 5.30pm – 11.00pm (Last Order: 10.30pm)

• Location: Raffles Place (Near MRT) (Walkable Distance)

 

• Remuneration Package: $2,000 - $2,500 (Dependent on Experience)

 

• For Part-Timer:

 

i)  Long Term: Flexible Work Days / Hours assignments can be provided.

ii) Minimum: 3 Work Shifts Per Week.

iii) Salary: $8.00 - $10.00 Per Hour (Dependent on Experience)

 

• Extensive On-The-Job training will be provided.
