Receptionist cum Car Park Administrator

 JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Support as receptionist at the management office, attend to walk-in shoppers/tenants/contractorsResponsible for car parking system in commercial building
  • Attend to motorists' enquiries/ complaints - Walk-in or over the phone
  • Prepare monthly reports of carpark fees and season parking collection to the management and other general administrative duties
  • Required to walk 1-2 rounds of all the car park areas and report back to the management office of any faulty/finding
  • Work closely with Security Officer/Technician for complaints to attend (walkie talkie)
  • Visit to bank for deposit of cheque/cash
Requirements:
  • Secondary/GCE ‘N’ level
  • At least 2 years of Receptionist/Admin experience
  • Canidate with knowledge of car park system operation will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Others:
  • Location: Paya Lebar (5 mins walk from MRT Station)
  • Working hrs: Rotating shifts (Shift 1: 8am-4pm, Shift 2: 11am-7pm)
  • 6 days’ work week
  • Basic salary + Shift allowance & Bonus
  • Uniform will be provided
