Clinic Admin cum Accounts Assistant (Alt Sat - Gleneagles Medical Centre)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities :
  • Assist the Manager in day to day Accounting activities
  • Handle AP/AR / petty cash / payment voucher
  • Prepare cheque payments / receipts / credit / debit note / invoicing
  • Assist in month end closing and data entries
  • Ensure compliance with Corporate and Accounting standards
  • Administrative duties
  • Provide frontline services (registration and booking of appointments, cashering, answering enquiries, etc)
  • Dispensing of medicine
  • Answering phone calls,  attending to walk in customers and emails
  • Any other ad-hoc projects as and when required

Requirements
  • MIN NITEC / Diploma in Finance or Accounting or equivalent
  • MIN 1 to 2 years of relevant customer service and accounting working experience
  • Able to communicate well
  • Organised & detail oriented person
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Excel
  • Able to work in a team as well as independently
  • Able to start work immediately or in a short notice
 
Salary : S$2,500 – S$3,000 depending on qualification and experience
 
Working days / hours :
- Mon – Fri  : 9am – 5pm
- Alternate Sat : 9am – 1pm
