Customer Service Support

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls
  • Handle new enquiries
  • Assist customers request
  • Arrange and fulfill orders
  • Followup with customers if required
  • Work with other team members to ensure smooth work flow
Requirement:
  • Minimum N or O Level with good communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team
