JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls
- Handle new enquiries
- Assist customers request
- Arrange and fulfill orders
- Followup with customers if required
- Work with other team members to ensure smooth work flow
Requirement:
- Minimum N or O Level with good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
