Admin Executive (Town) (5 Days Work)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
• Administrative and office support activities, including but not limited with data entry, report preparation and document handling.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements as and when required.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment.
• Maintain electronic and hard copy of filing system.
• Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
• Carry out ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Supervisor / Manager from the HR and Admin Department.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma & above.
• Ability to prioritize task and strong problem solving skills.
• Good research skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal in English.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must.
• Knowledge of operating standard office equipment.
• Knowledge / Past Experience with SAP Financial is a plus.
• Knowledge in some basic Accounting Principles
• Willing and able to assist in OT when required.
Miscellaneous Information:
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 9am – 6pm
• Location: Raffles Place MRT (less than 10 mins travel by walking)
• Remuneration Package: $2,500 - $3,000 (dependent on experience) + Good Employee Benefits
• On-The-Job training will be provided.
