Project Assistant - Team Supervisor - 3 months Contract renewable
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities :

Salary : Up to S$2,500 depending on experience

- Lead and guide a team of 6 staff
- Preparing documents for scanning
- Removing staples, plastic sleeves, paperclips, etc
- Recording the placement of staples during preparation so they can be replaced post scanning
- Unfolding and sorting papers
- Scanning of documents including proper image quality settings and adherence to quality control guidelines
- Post scanning activities e.g. return of documents to original condition including replacement of staples, etc
- Quality control of scanned images to ensure all documents have been scanned and that all images are of a sufficient quality standard
- Completion of quality control sign off sheets as each step is completed
- Regular cleaning of scanning equipment
- To complete any other task as deemed necessary by management
Requirements :
- MIN N/O/A/Diploma
- MIN 1-2 years experience
- Some knowledge of aircraft documentation would be advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to stay focused on quality for long periods
- Ability to lead and guide a team
- A team player with the ability to use own initiative
- Able to work independently
- Must be able to commit to 3 months Contract (Renewable) - ongoing
- Able to start work immediately or in a short notice
Salary : Up to S$2,500 depending on experience
Working days / Hours : Mon – Fri / 8am – 5pm
Working location : Airline House, Changi Airport
