Security Operations Centre Manager (Singaporeans Only)

Leading the team of Security Operation Centre and manage the day-to-day operations in the SOC.
Strengthen Operational processes by implementing systems to track incident handling, fault management and customer feedback
Project Management adhere to internal standards, strategies and approved methodologies. Coordinate resources, time, contingency plans and risk management
Strategic direction and planning for current and future business and technical changes, contractual obligations and legislative regulations

Requirements:

A degree holder with min 5 yrs experience in managing SOC or a team of security consultant
Professional Certification such as CISSP / CISM /CISA certification
Project management experience with multiple major security solutions projects (cyber security, enterprise security) demonstrating leadership skills and a track record of managing technical/ business staff, financial resources and outside vendors
Strong team management experience from developing and providing input into skill assessments and oversee personal development plans
Experience in leading process improvement initiatives with strong stakeholder management skills
Preferably having ISO 27001 Certification or experience
