Receptionist (MNC) (Town) (No OT Required)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
 
• Responsible for the full Reception activities for the Company
 
• Answer the General Hotline for the Company
 
• Greet guests at the Reception and direct them to meeting rooms
 
• Up-keeping of meeting rooms daily
 
• Generating Payment instructions
 
• Facility Management issues as and when needed
 
• Simple ad hoc admin matters as and when needed
 
 

Requirements:
 
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required.
 
• People oriented and able to provide quality customer service.
 
• Good command of English and communication skills.
 
• Proficiency in MS Office.
 
• Good discipline and punctuality.
 
• Willing and able to assist in OT when urgently required. Should be able to leave office on time most of days.
 
 
 
 
Miscellaneous Information:
 
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 9am – 6pm
 
• Location: Town (lNear MRT. Lss than 10 mins travel by walking)
 
• Remuneration Package: $2,000 - $2,500 (dependent on experience) + Good Employee Benefits
 
• On-The-Job training will be provided.
