Senior HR Executive (Training & Development)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is an established Singapore-based solution provider with years of experience and accolades in providing secure, reliable and state-of-the-art security solutions to help their customers address their security concerns. They deliver full turn-key solutions from design, integration, commissioning to post-implementation maintenance and support. 
 
Job Description:
  • Responsible for arranging external training programs and application of training grants
  • Design and formulate Training and Development framework which is aligned to organisation’s goals
  • Work closely with divisional heads to identify training needs (core competencies) for staff and develop a functional training roadmap
  • Periodic review of staff skills, performance, productivity and quality of work
  • Develop leadership programmes
  • Assess the costs of planned programmes and manage training budgets
  • Liaise with government agencies on training incentives
  • Update and maintain all training records
  • Conduct post-training evaluation and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
  • Only Singaporeans need to apply
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of HR experience (preferably in IT industry) 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • Ability to work in team with minimal supervision
  • Have good organisational and planning skills
  • Effective time management to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Meticulous and attentive to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Diplomatic, discrete and able to keep confidentiality at all times
  • Preferably Executives specialising in Training & Development or equivalent.
