ADMIN ASSISTANT (MNC - 5 Days)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities :
  • Administrative support
  • Updating and maintaining data and records
  • Registration and coordination of students/participants for courses
  • Assist in setting up of training rooms
  • Liaise with trainers and assist in fulfilling their training requirements 
  • Handling of phone calls and enquiries
  • Co-ordination and liaising with various departments and/or external vendors
  • Maintain a systematic, filing and document control system
  • Any other duties as assigned
Requirements :
  • MIN GCE  O Level
  • MIN 1 year working experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Words / Excel / Powerpoint
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Candidates with minimal working experience are welcome to apply?Long term contract
  • 5 days work week
