Sales Coordinator (Town) (5 Days Work)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
 
• Responsible to handle a wide spectrum of coordination, invoicing and administration roles.
 
• Processing of Sales Orders and Billing.
 
• Provide Office Support for Sales Team.
 
• Assist in preparation of promotional materials or events.
 
• Sales report preparation.
 
• Admin roles.
 
• Ad-hoc assignments within Finance Department.
 
 
 
Requirements:
 
 
• Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant experience.,
 
• Possess positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn the job.
 
• Analytical mind with strong problem solving skills.
 
• Good with numbers and meticulous in assigments.
 
• Must be disciplined and with good work habits. (such as punctuality, time management, ability to meet deadlines, etc)
 
• Good IT Proficiency including MS Office.
 
• Comfortable to assist in overtime, when required.
 
 
 
Miscellaneous Information:
 
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 9am – 6pm
 
• Location: Henderson Industrial Park. (Travelling by Public Bus: i) Tiong Bahru MRT: 5 minutes and ii) Redhill MRT: 8
minutes.
 
• Remuneration Package: $2,000 - $2,500 (dependent on experience)
 
• On-The-Job training will be provided.
