Admin Secretary (Orchard / 5 Day Work Week)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Attend to in-coming calls, walk-ins, handling mails and courier (incoming and outgoing).
  • Attend to incoming guests and to serve refreshments..
  • General upkeep of the office.
  • Requisition of office equipment and  replenish pantry supplies.
  • Liaise with suppliers on printing of name cards and letterheads, office equipment, office broadband, etc.
  • Data-entry, general filing, scanning & photocopying.
  • Run errands - banks, etc.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required.
  • Provide full secretarial & administrative support to the MD.
  • Coordinate and administer travel arrangements (air-ticketing and accommodation)
 
Requirement
  • At least a Professional Certificate/ NiTEC, Diploma in any field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Orchard.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
