Admin Assistant (5 days work week - Alexandra)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy of policy documentation
- Meet document turnaround and stipulated timelines
- Data entry for New application
- Prepare daily and month agent production report
- Collect and sort out mails and disseminate to respective agent
- Order stationary supplies, forms, brochures, peripherals, and letterheads on a bi- monthly basis respectively.
- Answering all emails and phone enquires
- Administrative work e.g. billing, submitting documents from clients, filing, etc
- Assist in recruitment activities when required including: place advertisemnts, screen through resumes and interview potential candidates
- Minimum O/Nitec/Diploma and with at least 1- 2 years working experience
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Willing to work on weekends when required
- Able to work in a team and independently as well
- Able to start work immediately or in a short notice.
- Able to multi-task

Workday days / hours : Mon – Fri : 9am – 6pm
