Accounts Assistant (Bukit Batok MRT area) (5 Days Work - Low OT)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
 
• Manage a wide range of accounts, sales coordination, sales documentations and administration roles.
 
• Assist in handling the general Account Payable, Account Receivable, petty cash, etc for external CPA.
 
• Prepare cheques and T/T forms.
 
• Provide quality customer service and sales coordination.
 
• Preparing of sales invoices and documentations.
 
• Order and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
 
• Basic data entry and administration duties.
 
 

Requirements:
 
• Similar experience in accounting / finance is most advantageous.
 
• Extensive On-The-Job (OJT) trainings will be provided.
 
• Good knowledge of basic finance and accounting principles is expected
 
• Proficient computer skills especially MS Excel.
 
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
 
• Pleasant, good interpersonal & communication skills; meticulous; analytical
 
• Have a strong initiative and self -motivated with good learning mindset
 
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently without supervision
 
• Candidates should be open to working on overtime, when urgently required. Usually will have no OT’s unless month end
or year-end period. Employer encourages good work / personal life balance.

Miscellaneous Information:
 
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 8.00am – 5.15pm (45 mins lunch break.)

• Location: Bukit Batok Area (Bukit Batok MRT – Walk 8 mins or take public bus) (can take bus from Jurong East MRT also)
 
• Remuneration Package: $1,700 - $2,200 (dependent on experience) + Attractive Welfare Packages
 
• On-The-Job training will be provided.
