PROJECT cum SUPPORT ENGINEER

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
 
For Project:
  • Co-ordinate project activities
  • Monitor project progress
  • Report project progress to project manager
  • Manage and resolve issues
  • Install and test equipment
  • Provide logistic support
  • Conduct User Training
  • Documentation preparation and delivery
 
For Support:
  • Provide site support
  • Carry out routine maintenance
  • Upkeep service standard as required in customer service level agreement
  • Execute, improve and streamline existing support processes
 
 
Requirements:
  • Diploma or NITEC in any of the following: Information Technology, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any other related disciplines.
  • Experience or knowledge in networking equipment configuration and design, setup and deployment.
  • Knowledge in using AutoCAD or any 2D or 3D technical designing tool is a plus.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills; able to break down a complex problem into manageable modules.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Able to deliver and manage tight project schedule at times.
