Business Executive (Regional)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
 
• Responsible for the ‘end-to-end’ marketing and trading activities for the accounts assigned (Industrial Materials. May include plastic, metal, chemicals, etc).
 
• “End-to-end” marketing activities include (but not limited to) seeking out and liaising with suppliers, negotiating and
concluding contracts with customers, handling operational issues, claims/complaints, and collection of payments.
 
• Engage in business promotion activities to develop new accounts and new business ventures which the department will
pursue from time to time
 
• Guide administration staff/teammates in managing the documentation requirements and logistic arrangement of the
business contracts.
 
• Work closely with Corporate Unit to ensure business activities are compliant with the Country and Company rules.
 
 

Requirements:
 
• Degree in Business / Engineering or any other relevant field are welcome to apply.
 
• Candidates with more than 1 year of relevant experience will be advantageous. Extensive trainings will be provided.
 
• Possess positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn the job.
 
• Strong sense of business acumen.
 
• Analytical mind with strong problem solving skills.
 
• Excellent communication and social skills.
 
• Possess am analytical mind and comfortable with mathematics and numerical analysis.
 
• Must be disciplined and with good work habits. (such as punctuality, time management, ability to meet deadlines, etc)
 
• Proficiency in MS Office. SAP knowledge will be beneficial.
 
• Candidate should have an interest to pursue a career in trading and marketing of industrial materials (such as chemical,
plastic, metal, etc)
• Willing to travel overseas for work purpose.
 
 
 
Miscellaneous Information:
 
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 9am – 6pm
 
• Location: Raffles Place MRT (less than 10 mins travel by walking)
 
• Remuneration Package: $3,000 - $3,500 (dependent on experience) + AWS + Variable Bonus + Good Employee Benefits
 
(Please Note: There will not be any commissions and incentives provided for sales results. Good Variable Bonus will be provided dependent on KPI’s achievement.)
 
• On-The-Job training will be provided.
