BIM Modeler / Coordinator (Archi / Structural / VDC), Job from sample agency, Singapore Employment Agency

Assist BIM Manager/Coordinator to coordinate & build the model building elements.
Manage and deliver appropriate visuals (VDC) and shop drawing to support construction works.
Coordinate with Consultants and other trades representative to resolve clashes/interfacing issues (Coordinator)
Coordinate and oversee the extraction of key data from project model for quantity take-off, logistics, etc. (Coordinator)
Interface with project planner to create 4D model (Coordinator)
Able to educate and motivate younger staff (Coordinator)
Liaise with Document Controller for accurate transfer (Coordinator)
Interface with peers of other disciplines to resolve basic modeling issues (Modeler)
Able to assist on documentation for record and submission related to BIM processes (Modeler)

Requirements:

Min 2 years experience working as BIM Coordinator/Modeler
Experience on producing shop drawing - Structural/Architecture
Able to operate with Revit/Navisworks/Dynamo
Good understanding of building works and can associate BIM with construction needs (Coordinator)
Willing to learn and use of new software/Technology
Experience in adoption of BIM processes in large construction projects from tender to completion stages will be an advantage (Coordinator)
Self-driven and good time management
Candidate with strong relevant years of experience will be considered for Senior role.
