Junior Bookkeeper (5 Days)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities :
 
  • Assist the Accountant in general bookkeeping
  • Assist in recording all financial transactions such as sales, purchases, the collection of accounts receivable, payment of bills etc.
  • Assist in verifying claims and reimbursements
  • Data entry and verification
  • Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements :
 
  • Diploma in Accounting / LCCI / CAT or equivalent
  • Knowledge of MYOB accounting software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Meticulous with an eye for details
  • Able to work independently
  • Positive working attitude
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice preferred
  • Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays - 10am to 7pm
  • Location: Balestier Road
