Cook (Spanish Restaurant)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
 
• Assist in wide range of kitchen operations.
 
• Preparing of food ingredients,
 
• Cooking of authentic Spanish food.
 
• Ensure following of strict hygiene regulation and standards.
 
• Maintaining a clean, organized work area and following waste management guidelines.
 
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management.
 
 
 
Requirements:
 
• Open to candidates with different working experiences, different cuisines or minimal cooking experience as extensive
training will be provided.
 
• Candidates must have a passion in cooking.
 
• Energetic and physically fit.
 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
 
• Self motivated, independent yet a good team player.
 
• Committed and highly dedicated to roles and responsibilities.
 
• Must be comfortable to work on Split-Shifts.
 
• Able to assist for OTs when urgently required.
 
 
 
Miscellaneous Information:
 
• Working Days / Hours:
 
i) Restaurant Operates on 7 days per week between 12pm – 10pm.
 
ii) Official Work Days: 5 Days per week with 2 Off Days.
 
iii) Work Hours: 44 Hours Per Week. Will be working on Split Shifts as follows:
 
a) Shift 1: about 11am – 3pm
 
b) Shift 2: about 5pm – 10pm
 
• Location: Bukit Timah Area (Walkable distance from Beauty World MRT)
 
• Remuneration Package: Basic Salary: $1,600 - $2,200 (Dependent on Experience)
 
• Extensive On-The-Job training will be provided.
